Direct message the job poster from First Sentier Investors The Senior Marketing Manager is a leader within the APAC Marketing team and is pivotal in driving high impact marketing activities to promote First Sentier Group and its affiliates. With colleagues in Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore, you will manage above-the-line and below-the-line strategic marketing activities. Working in a fast paced and vibrant global business, the marketing team manages content creation, campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, events and sponsorships. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing APAC and execute the Asia marketing strategy across various channels. We are offering a 6-month fixed term contract to cover a parental leave period. We are open to considering those at Manager level who are looking to take a step up into a Senior Manager role. The position can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore. About the role Manage a team of two to promote our broad range of investment solutions in intermediary and institutional channels. You will work closely with our Portfolio Managers in region – FSSA Investment Managers, First Sentier Investors and Stewart Investors, while also working with overseas investment teams from Australia and Europe. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing APAC to devise and coordinate marketing programs that support business development and product promotions for client acquisition and retention. In collaboration with investment and distributions teams, plan and manage event activations across the Asia region. Assist in forming strategic alliances with third-party distributors, acting as the main marketing liaison and providing support for their requests. Contribute to global marketing activity reports and maintain an up-to-date marketing activity calendar for stakeholders. Extensive experience in a marketing manager or senior manager role; preferably a working knowledge of asset management business and/or broader finance industry and investment markets however not essential Strategic thinker – innovative and creative, capable of generating new ideas and thinking laterally. Experience across all aspects of the marketing discipline, including advertising, social, digital communications, product marketing and ppt/document production and printing. A proactive hands on approach, excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to manage, prioritize and delegate across a range of projects.
