Participate in market salary surveys and conduct benchmarking and analysis to support sustainable remuneration practices. Perform job evaluation and leveling using established methodologies to ensure correct job sizing for salary benchmarking. Oversee employee benefits programs, engaging brokers and vendors to implement cost-effective, competitive benefits that enhance employee satisfaction. Manage annual performance appraisals, salary reviews, and bonus exercises to recognize employee contributions. Administer Restricted Share Plans and Performance Share Plans in compliance with SGX guidelines. Review HR policies regularly for compliance with labor laws and alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders, and Finance to align compensation strategies with business needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field Minimum 8 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a listed company Deep knowledge of compensation & benefits practices, including share-based remuneration Understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements Strong analytical skills and numeracy Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Excel and Workday Our Address and Working Hours: 50 Gul Road (Island-wide transport provided) Mon - Thu: 8am - 5:15pm, Fri: 8am - 4:30pm Interested candidates are invited to send an updated resume with current and expected salary, and earliest availability.
