Business… We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Success Partner . The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, open-up new business opportunities, ensuring successful delivery of services, and driving mutual growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with new and existing clients to understand their business needs and leverage our solutions to achieve desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Proactively approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients and roles to ensure consistent business growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing client organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular and transparent communication. Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, challenges, and expectations. Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on IT solutions and services to achieve their objectives. Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, aligning with client needs and organizational capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that deliver maximum client value. Delivery Oversight: Monitor the progress of IT service delivery, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon timelines and quality standards. Address and resolve any challenges in deliveries. Ensure client satisfaction by aligning service outcomes with client expectations. Revenue Growth and Retention: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to contribute to revenue growth. Drive contract renewals by demonstrating the value delivered and building long-term trust. Performance Metrics: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client success and services outcomes. Gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams, to ensure seamless coordination. Provide client insights to support the service offerings. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: At least 3-5 years in business development, client success, account management, or related roles in the IT consulting or technology services industry. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Data, AI or IT services, digital transformation, IT outsourcing, and technology consulting. Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges proactively. Business Acumen: Ability to align technology solutions with client business goals. Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Why Join Us?
