Structuring/private credit/mezzanine deal experience is highly relevant. Responsibilities Participate in origination and negotiation of new loans, deal structuring, loan terms, pricing, and covenants, including loan-on-loan structures/back leverage. Develop the real estate private credit space across APAC, focusing on higher risk transactions. Innovate strategies to enhance the corporate lending business. Lead marketing and growth of the non-recourse property finance business in Asia Pacific. Oversee deal execution and documentation from start to finish. Coordinate with management, credit, risk, legal, and compliance teams; prepare term sheets and loan proposals for approval. Review credit applications, cash flow projections, and property memos. Monitor and analyze the property loan portfolio in APAC. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 10-15 years’ experience with a commercial bank, investment bank, or real estate fund. Strong financial statement analysis and complex financing structures understanding. Knowledge of the Asian real estate market, especially Korea, India, Vietnam, with good credit sense. Fluent in English and another widely used Asian language. Proactive, problem-solving skills, leadership potential, well-organized, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
