About Infrastructure Planning Authority Group (IPAG) IPAG aims to drive a coordinated approach through partnerships, advocating best practices and innovative solutions for optimized use of space and infrastructure planning in Singapore. It coordinates master planning of major network infrastructure across the Infrastructure & Environment sector and appoints Lead Implementing Agencies for multi-agency infrastructure projects. About the Job We are seeking experienced infrastructure engineers to join a new team focusing on planning and reviewing the design of utility infrastructure projects from planning to implementation. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and review utility standards, conduct feasibility studies, coordinate utilities, and provide technical design inputs to optimize underground space and costs. You will also develop and review cross-agency underground utilities alignment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements from planning through implementation. Requirements Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil/Structural Engineering At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in underground utilities planning, designing, and project implementation Experience in developing and reviewing underground utilities alignment and deconflicting regulatory requirements Experience in utility coordination, including diversion works Experience with utility planning for major infrastructure projects is advantageous Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills Ability to explain complex problems clearly and effectively J-18808-Ljbffr
