Job Responsibilities Advisory Support for Front Deal Teams: Provide expert advice and support to front deal teams to ensure effective risk management practices are integrated into lending activities. Facilitation of High-Quality Risk Assessments: Assist in conducting thorough credit risk assessments and evaluations, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the process. Review and Enhancement of Grading Methodologies: Analyze and review credit risk and grading methodologies, making recommendations for improvements to align with industry best practices. Collaboration with relevant departments: Work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to credit risk management. Promotion of a Risk-Aware Culture: Foster a culture of risk awareness within the organization by providing training and resources to enhance understanding of credit risk among front office staff. Contribution to Policy Recommendations: Provide insights and recommendations for the enhancement of credit risk policies, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives and risk appetite. Job Requirements Degree or equivalent with experience in Corporate Finance/Structured Finance credit risk Strong Credit Risk Analysis in Whole Sale banking Knowledge of credit risk management principles, practices, and regulations.
