APAC Data Centre Recruitment Expert - 20 Years in Asia, Fluent in Mandarin Our client, a major data centre developer, is seeking an Account Director to drive growth in the Asia data centre market. They are building data centers across multiple countries with ambitious growth plans in the Asia region and globally. They have the necessary funding to support this expansion. Job Title: Account Director Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture long-term, trusted partnerships with major industry clients, serving as their primary advisor and advocate. Serve as the lead liaison for designated clients, ensuring their requirements, concerns, and questions are addressed efficiently and professionally. Continuously evaluate client satisfaction and proactively resolve challenges to improve their experience. Oversee daily engagement and strategic initiatives within the assigned accounts. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling strategies. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions that meet client goals and drive mutual success. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and profitability. Drive new business acquisition within the portfolio, focusing on hyperscale clients. Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts. Lead contract and SLA negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and strong client relationships. Monitor contract compliance and resolve any issues promptly. Work closely with internal teams—including pre-sales, technical support, operations, and finance—to exceed client expectations and meet company objectives. Share client insights and feedback to help improve products and services. Requirements: Strong experience managing global enterprise accounts. Expertise in pipeline and revenue forecasting. Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills. Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. Ability to perform under pressure, managing conflicts and tight deadlines with composure. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
