Job ID 207137 Posted 23-Feb-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance, Facilities Management Location(s) Singapore - Singapore About The Role As a CBRE Engineering Ops Manager, you will manage a team responsible for implementing, coordinating, and managing all mechanical and electrical operations for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function. Responsibilities include providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You’ll Do Planned Preventive Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance Review and monitor 52 PPM schedules Plan and schedule equipment-wise PPMs in a 52-week planner and integrate with REALM tool Close work orders with proper service records as per SLA Prepare for monthly sample audits, ensuring all activities are updated 100% on REALM Maintain complete and compliant service records for Citi assets, including WO numbers, task completion, and review by FM/Engineer Review and approve critical power down maintenance activities for the country Serve as POC/PIC for all site electrical power shutdown activities Asset Verification: tagging, physical verification, updating in REALM, mapping assets, and updating asset condition status Ensure compliance with Citi O&M standards and standards adherence Prepare and review weekly change requests, coordinate with business heads to mitigate risks Ensure safety during work execution following CBRE Control of Works procedures Tech Room Management: ensure redundancy of critical equipment like generators, UPS, PAC, PDU, etc., and report abnormalities Conduct rounds during business hours of technical spaces Incident Management: report incidents, conduct RCA, develop mitigation plans, and ensure resolution within timelines Prepare and review WMS, collaborate on CAPs for medium/high risks Lifecycle planning and budgeting for equipment replacements, review assets periodically, and include in CIP projects Drive innovations to improve efficiency, energy and water savings, and cost reductions What You’ll Need Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management Leadership skills to motivate and impact team performance Excellent client relationship skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) J-18808-Ljbffr
