Develop, recommend, and implement a portfolio-wide transaction strategy for acquiring and disposing of real estate assets. Coordinate with field resources and stakeholders for lease renewals, site acquisitions, surplus space disposition, sale renewals, early lease terminations, etc. Align real estate plans with client strategic goals, assist in project scope, prioritization, and milestone adherence. Act as landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent, negotiating terms for various commercial real estate products. Coordinate broker selection and review team resources with clients for transaction execution. Prepare analyses and documents such as market reports, RFPs, proposals, letters of intent, and valuation opinions. Negotiate sales and leases, monitor expirations, and locate or dispose of properties as needed. Review and interpret financial analyses like cash flow, NPV, and IRR to support client decisions. Collaborate with CBRE and client teams across lease administration, project management, facilities, and finance. Track transaction activities, forecast commissions, and account for savings.
