In our team, you'll have the opportunity to participate in developing key features on TikTok Search, understand how TikTok Search could evolve into a multi-billion-user product, and gain firsthand experience of how user requests vary over time. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related technical discipline. Proficient coding skills and strong understanding of algorithms and data structures in C++, Python, or Java. Experience in areas such as NLP, Ranking, Ads, Search engine, Recommender System, or Machine Learning. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
