We are looking for a Bilingual (ENG) Workforce Management Specialist. What you will do: Forecasting & Scheduling: Develop and manage workforce schedules to meet business demands, ensuring sufficient staffing levels at all times. Workforce analysis: Monitor and analyze workforce performance, labor trends, and other key metrics to provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity. Data Management: Utilize workforce management software and other tools to track and report on attendance, productivity, and staffing levels. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, union agreements(If applicable), and company policies regarding scheduling, breaks, and overtime Collaboration: Work Closely with HR, operations, and other departments to identify staffing needs and adjust schedules as needed to optimize business operations. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present reports on workforce performance, scheduling adherence, and other related metrics to senior management. Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to team leaders or managers on best practices for workforce planning and scheduling. Maintain a professional and personable demeanor at all times. Mandatory Profile Requirements: 2 - 3 years of experience in Customer Care. (Mandatory) Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. English Advanced level, written and spoken. (Mandatory. Language will be tested) Bachelor's degree completed. Professional customer service skills : solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience. Fair written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking and logical thinking. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Thinks outside of the box. Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker. Problem solving abilities. Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco. Type of work: 100% On-site. Building address: Av. Camino al ITESO 8499, 45608, San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal. Schedule: Monday to Friday only, 8 working hours from 6 AM to 7 PM. Salary: $24k monthly.
