AR Accountant (Accountant I) Blvd. Campestre No. 2502 Leon GTO MX 37156 Applying cash: Processing, verifying and posting/recording payments in the ERP and Zuora system. Researching and resolving account discrepancies. Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses. Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date. Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts. Generating reports and statements for internal use. Assisting the revenue team in other tasks e.g. month end close tasks, internal/external audits.
