About the Role We are seeking a Costing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of the data related to CBS (BOM) from factories and suppliers, with a focus on identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will work to streamline processes and drive improvements that help us achieve our target pricing and overall margin optimization. We’re looking for someone who is ready to make an impact, drive change, and help us achieve cost optimization goals while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. You’ll Make a Difference By Analyzing and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process optimization across various facets of the business. Taking ownership of assigned projects, driving them to completion on time and within scope. Conducting cost analysis to improve margin performance and deliver measurable results. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our systems to ensure consistent, reliable information. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across different departments, sharing insights and cost-saving suggestions. Contributing to the optimization and continuous improvement of the costing process. About You A college degree or higher, preferably in data-related fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Fluent in both oral and written English. At least 3 years of solid experience in data analysis, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP, Tableau, and PLM Systems is a plus. You are a team player, with a strong sense of integrity and an open-minded, self-motivated attitude. You have a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to streamline processes and drive results.
