Required skills: Demonstrated ability to create engaging marketing content and strategies. Knowledge/experience with Gen AI tools, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint. Proven track record of effectively communicating technical information to non-technical audiences. Conversational Fluent English Technical and Marketing Skills: Experience in both IT and marketing or advertisement roles. Ability to navigate between technical and marketing responsibilities seamlessly. Technical Understanding: Proficiency in understanding complex technologies and translating them into non-technical language. User Engagement: Ability to create compelling marketing strategies and content to engage users. Business Analyst Skills: Understanding of user needs and translating them into practical solutions from the company's application portfolio. Communication Skills: Effective communication in English, with the ability to present and engage with users clearly and concisely. Dynamic Learning and Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills quickly and adapt to rapidly changing team needs. The Role: Will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical and non-IT users, ensuring that technical information is effectively communicated to non-technical users. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and client service skills to create awareness and engagement for client's products. Hybrid 3 days per week in our office in Mexico City (Alcaldia Benito Juarez) some days in Polanco.
