Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager in Turin to join a dynamic company operating in the off-highway components sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s commercial growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact; Drive sales growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and proactive client engagement; Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and pricing agreements; Collaborate with internal departments (R&D, Production, Quality) to ensure alignment with customer needs; Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities; Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows; Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior management. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the Automotive components industry, Off-highway, Agriculture; Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen; Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing; Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively; Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus; Availability for frequent business travel, both in Italy and abroad.
