Public Sector Business Analyst [Consulting] DXC Technology Italy is seeking a Public Sector Business Analyst to join our DXC Consulting team. In Consulting , we collaborate with all DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions, enhance customer and employee experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, develop smart processes, and deploy efficient technology platforms. Our goal is to transform client complexities into value through agile governance programs and change management frameworks. Responsibilities Assist in interviewing clients, identifying business issues, and proposing solutions. Document and design processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, increase throughput, and lower costs. Contribute to developing and transforming clients' business and IT strategies. Create roadmaps illustrating current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') customer environments. Contribute to proposals, bids, Statements of Work, and other deliverables with professional, concise writing. Prepare and deliver client presentations, workshops, and proposals. Coach and support clients, focusing on their success. Identify risks and assumptions, and shape program governance. Participate in large digital transformation projects with cross-functional teams. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics. Previous experience in Management Consulting within the Public Sector. Native Italian speaker with proficient English skills (both oral and written). Strong relational and analytical skills, goal-oriented, team player, proficient in Italian and English. Work Location: Rome (RM), with remote work possibilities. Beware of recruitment fraud schemes.
