For our Crew Training Department in Verona, we are seeking a motivated Training Specialist to actively contribute to the development of a dynamic and evolving aviation sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and teamwork skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude. Main Responsibilities: Support NPCT, NPCT Assistants, and training managers for pilots and cabin crew, both operationally and administratively. Assist in verifying Training Records (Reports and Folders) and report issues. Coordinate with Crew Planning and Ops Support Departments for training schedules and activities. Collaborate with Safety and Flight Operations departments on training activities. Support projects within the Training Department, including those with Lufthansa Group teams. Create, update, and monitor briefings and online courses (WBT – SCORM). Supervise course completion and issue certificates. Manage digital training platforms (eFile, SharePoint) and databases. Collect and analyze feedback on training sessions. Activities: Participate in training flights as an observer under instructor supervision. Attend flight simulator sessions to understand training dynamics. Undergo initial training on regulations, OM-D, and documentation management via eFile. Mentor internal tutors for pilots and cabin crew. Requirements: Passion for aviation. Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluent in English. Organized, autonomous, flexible, and adaptable to dynamic environments. Basic analytical skills to interpret training and process data. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders. Proactive with a problem-solving attitude. Additional / Advantageous Skills: Basic knowledge of EASA regulations. Skills in process and project management. Interest or experience in process digitization (automation, workflows, system integration, data management). Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
