We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our HR team in Concagno (CO). Purpose of the Role: Support the HR Department in executing the company's employee cycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing internal communication plans to promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement; Supporting the recruitment process by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews; Assisting in designing training courses and tracking their delivery; Providing administrative support related to onboarding and offboarding processes; Contributing to small HR projects aimed at process improvement.
