We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our HR team in Concagno (CO). This internship offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in an international environment and develop your skills in a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. Purpose of the Role: Support the HR Department in executing the company's employee cycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing internal communication plans to promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement; Supporting the recruitment process by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews; Assisting in designing training courses and tracking their delivery; Providing administrative support related to onboarding and offboarding processes; Contributing to small HR projects aimed at process improvement. Requirements: Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; A creative approach; Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media; Good command of English.
