Position Summary: Act as a Technical Sales support academy by training the network of Sales support professionals with product knowledge, applications, and other key information to increase sales effectiveness. Main Responsibilities: Lead the technical team for the domestic and international markets for Biolchim & Cifo in the EMEA APAC region. Provide sales assistance through accurate knowledge of products and their agronomic applications across Italian, export, and subsidiary geographies, especially when high technical skills are required. Own knowledge of the agronomic applications of Huber AgroSolutions products and serve as a central product specialist academy, transmitting information to subsidiaries and Technical Sales Support referents. Review existing data and resources, identify gaps, and create or update technical presentations and training materials for internal and external use. Manage the collection of inputs from local sales teams and report the information to Product Managers and R&D Teams. Collaborate with Agronomic Trials Teams on pre-launch agronomic tests of new products to assess characteristics and transfer findings to the Sales Department. Contribute to the development of educational content for existing and new products, and provide materials for catalogs, leaflets, websites, and other marketing platforms. Develop annual training programs and structured learning plans. Prepare and manage a continuing education and training budget. Periodically evaluate and update training programs to ensure effectiveness. Participate in R&D meetings to support the development of new product concepts from a technical and agronomic perspective. Attend client and distributor presentations to support sales in foreign markets when high technical expertise is required. Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum of ten years of experience in agriculture, with at least five years leading a global or large regional technical team across multiple countries. Ability to work collaboratively with Commercial, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D functions. Proven competency in establishing and executing product trials, analyzing, and summarizing results. Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, fostering strong collaborative relationships. Excellent presentation skills adaptable to various audiences, including employees, customers, and management. Ability to analyze complex technical problems across different markets and identify key success factors. Fluency in Italian and conversational English; additional EU languages are a plus.
