SERVICE MANAGER INFRASTRUTTURALE_ASSURANCE IT, Truccazzano Truccazzano, Italy APL Network S.R.L. is seeking a SERVICE MANAGER INFRASTRUTTURALE_ASSURANCE IT for a client operating in the Bologna area. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Managing vendor resources to ensure compliance with contractual SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) standards. Monitoring the performance of assigned systems, ensuring quality operation by tracking tickets and scheduling maintenance activities. Coordinating and supervising the activities of the internal operational team and external vendors providing various services (Help Desk, general assistance, etc.) in case of faults or incidents. Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company. Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to achieve operational objectives. Producing periodic activity reports and analysis for improvement, including documentation review for Assurance and potential recovery from the Delivery Area repository. Ensuring complete, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of systems and procedures. Having knowledge of physical security systems such as video surveillance, access control, and intruder alarms, including architecture, components, and operation. Familiarity with the platforms used by Acantho: BMC Helix (for monitoring and managing tickets and vendor SLA) and Genetec Security Center. The activity is primarily on-site but remote work options are considered.
