Automation Manager - Web & Mobile App Testing

Job Description : 1) Lead and manage the automation testing team to deliver high-quality automation solutions. 2) Design and implement automation frameworks and solutions for web, mobile, and API applications. 3) Write, optimize, and maintain automation scripts using programming languages such as Java or Python or Full-stack (Angular). 4) Develop, implement, and maintain Selenium WebDriver automation scripts, Appium, Robot Framework, CodeCept, and test automation for RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman. 5) Oversee the continuous integration and deployment process, ensuring automated tests are part of the CI/CD pipeline. 6) Manage test data, environment configurations, and version control using Git. 7) Ensure robust automation and testing coverage of core business applications. 8) Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to refine testing strategies. 9) Maintain and update SQL databases (Oracle/MySQL) for testing purposes and manage interactions between systems. 10) Focus on authentication mechanisms, particularly around oAuth and JSON security models for API and web-based testing. 11) Train and mentor junior automation engineers on best practices and technical skills. 12) Familiarity with Agile methodologies. 13) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 14) Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
