NOC Engineer

Responsibilities : - System monitoring (24X7) : Monitor the overall health of the Vymo platform by keenly monitoring the metrics and alerts using a variety of tools like New Relic, sensu, Prometheus, etc. - Issue Tracking : While responding to incidents, the NOC Engineer must carefully track and document all issues and resolutions and should contribute to the knowledge base of the NOC - Troubleshooting : Based on the nature of the issue, the NOC engineer is expected to follow the standard runbooks to resolve the problem and should coordinate with third-party vendors, customer contacts, or other IT teams. - Incident reporting : NOC Engineers must escalate the complex issue to management, other IT resources, or 3rd party vendors for assistance in resolving. NOC Engineer must maintain ongoing communication within the team and externally, to keep all stakeholders aware of relevant, known issues and the steps being taken. - Security monitoring and Weekly/Monthly Reporting : Monitor security alerts and escalate the incidents and drive them to closure, and send weekly/monthly reports to : - Have a Graduation Degree with Computer Science specialization - B. Sc/BCA/B. E (or equivalent). - Have relevant industry experience of 0-3 years of experience in infra monitoring. - Know - Have experience in System/Application health monitoring. - Have familiarity with Sensu / Icinga / Cacti / data dog / Prometheus. - Have experience with cross-team communication, follow-up skills, and good.
