Automation Test Manager - Jaa/Python

Job Description : Must-Have : 1. Programming languages (Java or Python or - Full stack-Angular). 2. Robot with Selenium web driver, Java with Selenium, CodeCept, Appium, Postman & Rest API 3. Solid expertise in Linux and SQL DB (Oracle / MySql) 4. Version control and buil tool (Git) 5. Authentication & Security (oAUTH & Json) Key Responsibilities : - Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation to improve productivity, reduce errors, and enhance overall operational efficiency. - Develop and execute comprehensive automation strategies, leveraging the latest technologies and best practices. - Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements, design, and implement automated solutions. - Manage the deployment and testing of automation tools and processes, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards. - Monitor and optimize automated systems, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance. - Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilize the automated tools and processes. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technologies, and continuously Proven track record in managing and leading teams in automation or related fields, with a strong focus on system engineering expertise. - Extensive technical knowledge and expertise in system engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices. - Hands-on experience in Cobot programming and implementation, vision systems, hard automation techniques, and AI technologies. - Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++, along with experience with advanced automation frameworks and tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling the identification and resolution of complex system engineering issues in a multi-location context. - Strong project management skills, including resource allocation, task prioritization, and deadline management. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and engineering teams across locations. - Demonstrated leadership abilities, motivating, and developing high-performing teams. - Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in automation, with a specific emphasis on system engineering and automation technologies.
