CRM Data Migration Lead

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Plan, execute, and monitor CRM data migration projects, ensuring timely and accurate data transfer. - Develop and implement data migration strategies and methodologies. - Manage the entire data migration lifecycle, from data extraction and transformation to loading and validation. - Leverage deep knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, to facilitate data migration. - Understand data structures, relationships, and dependencies within CRM systems. - Configure and customize CRM systems to support data migration requirements. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency during the migration process. - Implement data governance and security standards to protect sensitive information. - Develop and maintain data migration documentation and best practices. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including business users and technical teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and resolve conflicts. - Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues. - Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule. - Provide technical guidance and support to the data migration team. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data migration. - Evaluate and recommend data migration tools and technologies. Qualifications : Experience : - 8 years of experience in CRM data migration projects. - Proven track record of successfully leading complex data migration initiatives. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. - Experience with data migration tools and techniques. - Proficiency in data management principles and best practices. - Understanding of data governance and security standards. Functional Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle conflicts and facilitate workshops independently. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. - Experience with data integration tools and technologies. - Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL).
