Principal Product Manager

The Role : As the product manager for that includes muti-sensor support for cameras, lidar and other upcoming sensors being used in autonomous vehicles, ADAS, mobile robots and other vehicles operating semi or completely autonomously across multiple industries, you will lead the transformation of ideas into actionable concepts, products and execution roadmaps for company's 's annotation and analytics software suite. - Define the product vision, milestones, roadmap and key success metrics. - Translate product vision and strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development. - Partner with sales, fulfillment, marketing, solution architects and other business leaders to identify target customer segments & needs, evaluate market trends, and define a competitive go-to-market strategy. - Understand customers' needs through empathy, research, and ongoing interactions; and then be able to translate those into a compelling product strategy. - Provide requirements and recommendations for smart & automation features & technologies that will be game changers for annotators & clients. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis. - Develop product pricing and positioning strategies. - Analyze product performance and making recommendations for improvements. - Be an evangelist for company's data products and services; communicating value proposition as well as interacting directly with consumers, investors, analysts, etc. - 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in lidar data annotation platforms or autonomous navigation technologies. - 3 years engineering and/or product experience in machine learning. Familiarity with the MLOps industry dynamics and value chain, as well as the technical basics of ML, MLOps and ML DataOps. - Hands-on experience in starting products from scratch, scaling them and managing the entire product lifecycle. - Ability to create an objective, data-driven vision for the product portfolio and drive prioritizations with an analytical mindset and good stakeholder management skills. - Understanding business processes and have an ability to identify opportunities for business improvements using data & analytics. - Data-driven mindset and approach to decision making and gaining actionable insights. - A player/coach mentality; you enjoy leading a team to success but also willing jump into the mix and roll up your sleeves. - Comfortable working in a distributed, global team. - Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred. - Excellent written and spoken communications skills.
