Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

Responsibilities Strategy and Roadmap : - Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals. - Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs, market analysis, and business objectives. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product Focus : - Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs, pain points, and desires. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product development. - Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for Collaboration : - Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, write user stories, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. - Partner with customer support to address customer issues and ensure a positive product Development and Launch : - Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget. - Define and prioritize product features, working with engineering to translate them into technical specifications. - Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is groomed and prioritized. - Coordinate product launches and ensure successful adoption by : - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering). - 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products. - Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional Qualifications : - Experience in [Industry/Specific Domain]. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics). - Knowledge of UX/UI principles. - Product Management certifications (e.g., Certified Product Manager) (ref:hirist.tech)
