Software Integration & Change Management Specialist

Role : Software Integration & Change Management Coordinator Skilled and experienced Software Integration and Change Management Specialist that will be responsible for the seamless integration of software systems, as well as managing changes to ensure continuous and optimal operation of our platforms. This role will involve close collaboration with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities : - Experience with Change Management progress and managing the lifecycle of all changes. - Ensure changes are made successfully with minimum disruption and improve processes to ensure no service impact. - Identify and develop change strategies and monitor efficacy of changes. - Drive Service Request Management, Release Management and Incident Management for the group's changes and incidents. - Attend Change Approval Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB approval meetings - Engage in application packaging processes covering AppV, Numecent and MSI's - Define and measure change metrics (KPI) and monitor change progress - Consult and coach project and other operational teams - Propose process improvements for smooth deployment of changes with focus on minimizing risk and reducing effort and costs - Design and implement integration solutions to connect various software systems and applications within the organization. - Develop and maintain APIs, middleware, and other integration components. - Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with development and IT teams to define integration requirements and specifications. - Perform regular system testing and validation to ensure seamless integration. - Document integration processes, configurations, and workflows. Qualifications : - Experience in ITIL lifecycles, with knowledge of all modules (Service Requests, Release Management, Incident Management) - Experience in organizational change management approaches - Understanding of application packaging processes and technologies such as Microsoft App-V and Numecent.
