Specialist - SAP FICO Module

(5-Days Onsite) Key Responsibilities : - SAP FICO Module Management (S/4 Hana) : Oversee and manage the FI and CO modules and Ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. - Configuration and Customization : Design, configure, and customize SAP FICO solutions to meet specific business requirements. - Manage FICO support team. Business Process Analysis and Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement within the financial and controlling functions and implement efficient solutions. - Project Management : Lead or participate in SAP FICO-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. - Financial Reporting : Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making. - Compliance and Governance : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, and assist in audits as required. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to align SAP FICO functionality with business needs. - Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on implementation, configuration, and support.
