The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP-based full stack development along with experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). As a technical leader, you will drive development best practices, mentor team members, and contribute to the architecture and design of scalable web applications. Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality full-stack web applications. - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP and MERN codebases. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Develop APIs, microservices, and integration layers. - Review code, provide mentorship, and establish coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Lead technical discussions and drive decision-making processes. - Participate in architectural discussions and product roadmap : - 5 years of professional experience in full stack development. - Expertise in PHP and frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter. - Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js. - Strong database skills MySQL, MongoDB. - Experience with RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with version control tools (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket). - Good understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to lead a team. - Excellent communication and leadership and Experience : BTech or a related field.
