Technical Lead - Java Developer Location : Pune (WFO) Experience : 3 years MyNextHire is looking for a Technical Lead Java Backend Developer who is passionate for Java technology, building scalable, high-performance backend systems and has experience in API First System for speed, information security, and business logic. As a technical leader, youll not only write clean, robust code but also mentor a team of developers, contributeto leading innovative design, and ensure to come up with creative technical designs that scale and are secure Key Responsibilities - Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend services using Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot. - Drive the architecture and design of backend systems that support high concurrency and low latency. - Work closely with Product Managers, DevOps, QAs and Frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Ensure code quality, security, and performance tuning of backend systems. - Manage and optimize RESTful APIs, asynchronous processes, and microservices architecture. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations. - Take ownership of project delivery timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
