Frontend Staff Engineer - React.js/AngularJS/Vue.js

Responsibilities : - Lead the architectural design and implementation of robust and scalable frontend systems, ensuring maintainability, performance, and adherence to best practices across Architect, build, and maintain sophisticated, responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces utilizing modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and contemporary frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. - Drive and enforce best practices for code quality, comprehensive testing strategies, performance optimization, and security standards. - Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. - Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to effectively define, design, and deliver innovative new features and enhancements. - Proactively identify and implement strategies to optimize our web applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability across a diverse range of devices and browsers. - Take a leading role in tackling complex technical challenges, providing innovative solutions, and actively exploring new approaches to continuously enhance the user experience. - Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to less experienced frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth. - Stay abreast of the latest advancements in frontend technologies, emerging trends, and industry best practices, and strategically introduce relevant innovations into the team's workflow to improve efficiency and quality. Requirements : - Extensive experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in building complex web applications. - Proven ability to lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable and maintainable frontend systems. - Deep understanding and practical experience with modern web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Strong proficiency in one or more leading frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue. - A strong passion for building high-quality, performant, and user-centric web applications. - Excellent understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices. - Experience with various testing frameworks and methodologies (e., unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing). - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Proven ability to1 mentor and guide other engineers. - A proactive and self-driven attitude with a passion for staying current with the latest technology trends (ref:hirist.tech)
