Senior Database Administrator - MongoDB

Key Responsibilities : - Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB and other databases. - Ensure database performance, security, and scalability. - Implement replication, sharding, and backup strategies. - Optimize queries, indexing, and storage for efficiency. - Monitor database health using tools like Ops Manager, Prometheus, or Grafana. - Troubleshoot database issues and ensure high availability. - Automate database management tasks using Shell/Python scripting. - Collaborate with development teams to optimize schema design and queries. Requirements : - 3-4 years of experience in database administration. - Strong expertise in MongoDB (preferred), MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Hands-on experience with replication, sharding, and high availability. - Knowledge of backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies. - Experience in Linux environments and scripting (Shell, Python). -Familiarity with MongoDB Atlas, AWS RDS, or cloud-based databases.
