Server Developer - Backend Technologies

As a Server Developer - Backend for the GALE product at Kore.ai, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our innovative product GALE. You will lead a team of talented engineers in building robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services that power GALE, a cutting-edge platform designed to transform enterprise AI adoption. Responsibilities : - Start your day by leading a daily stand-up meeting, guiding your team through complex technical challenges, and providing mentorship to foster growth and collaboration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect scalable backend solutions, ensuring alignment with GALE's overall product vision. - Dive into code, developing high-quality, clean, and efficient code for critical backend services. - Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain codebase integrity and drive continuous improvement. - Address technical issues and bottlenecks, working closely with DevOps to ensure smooth deployments and system reliability. - Your expertise will be key in troubleshooting and optimizing backend processes. - Contribute to the strategic planning of the product roadmap, identifying technical debt, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance the platform's capabilities. - Engage with product managers, front-end teams, and other stakeholders to align on project goals, share progress, and drive the successful delivery of features. Requirements : - Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. - Knowledge and hands-on experience in designing Software-as-a-service (SAAS) applications on large-scale server environments, particularly cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or similar, is highly desirable. - Proficiency in designing and implementing robust deployment architectures for SaaS applications, with a focus on scalability, performance optimization, and comprehensive tracing and monitoring solutions. - Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js, and experience with microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, various authN & auth mechanisms, logging & tracing framework, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Proven track record of solving complex technical problems, optimizing system performance, and ensuring scalability in high-traffic environments. - Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team, along with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead in the ever-evolving tech landscape. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
