What Makes You a Great Fit : - Product-Oriented Experience : Proven experience working within product-based companies, demonstrating an understanding of the product development lifecycle and a focus on delivering user-centric solutions. - Passion for Web Technologies : A genuine passion for exploring and adopting new web tools, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve our technology stack and development processes. - Solid Computer Science Fundamentals : Strong understanding of core Computer Science concepts, including Algorithms, Data Structures, and Problem Solving, with the ability to apply them effectively in your work. - Proficiency in Modern Front-End Technologies : Demonstrated programming skills in one or more of the following front-end technologies and frameworks : ES6 JavaScript, React, Redux, React Native, Vue.js, Next.js, or Angular. - Effective Debugging Skills : Proven ability to efficiently identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects and issues across the front-end and back-end. - Strong Web Development Skills : Solid experience with foundational web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring the creation of well-structured and visually appealing user interfaces. - Back-End Development Expertise : Proficiency in at least one of the following back-end programming languages : Scala, Java, Python, Golang, or Node.js, with the ability to build robust and scalable server-side applications. - Test-Driven Development & Design Patterns : Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies and the application of common software Design Patterns to create maintainable and well-architectured code. - Cloud Platform Experience : Hands-on experience working with either Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging their services for deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management. - Database Versatility : Experience working with at least one SQL-based database (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and one NoSQL-based database (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), understanding their respective strengths and use cases.
