Software Development Engineer III - Java

Job Description : Responsibilities : - Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; identify root causes and long-term solutions. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the definition of internal standards and best practices. - Mentor junior engineers and help foster a culture of growth and excellence. - Stay up to date with the latest in backend technologies and integrate them as appropriate. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless product experiences. - Contribute to hiring and building a world-class engineering team. Requirements : - Strong computer science fundamentals. - 6 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL databases. - Proven experience building and maintaining high-scale web applications. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. - A startup mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and excited by experimentation. - Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Self-motivated, curious, and driven to innovate.
