SAP S/4 HANA Architect - FICO Module

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Architect with deep expertise in end-to-end public cloud implementations. The ideal candidate must have strong functional knowledge across SAP FICO and Project Systems (PS), along with proven experience delivering Public Cloud or Professional Services implementations. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions. - Architect and design integrated solutions for Finance (FICO) and Project Systems (PS) modules based on business needs. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and functional consultants to ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices. - Develop comprehensive solution designs ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with SAP S/4HANA Cloud capabilities. - Provide leadership and guidance during SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployments, ensuring successful configuration, data migration, integration, and testing. - Conduct solution workshops and blueprinting sessions with business users. - Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices for cloud implementations. - Handle escalations and resolve complex issues during project lifecycle phases. - Support pre-sales activities including client presentations, solutioning, and effort estimation, when required. - Mentor junior consultants and provide expertise in Public Cloud implementation standards. Mandatory Skills : - Strong functional expertise in SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) and SAP Project Systems (PS). - End-to-End experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations (minimum 1-2 full lifecycle implementations). - Good knowledge of SAP Public Cloud standard business processes, fit-to-standard approach, and limitations. - Hands-on experience with public cloud extensions and integrations. - Sound understanding of SAP Activate methodology. - Deep understanding of business processes in finance, controlling, and project accounting. - Expertise in professional services industry solutions (especially around project accounting, time recording, billing, revenue Skills : - SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certifications (Finance / Professional Services modules). - Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integrations. - Familiarity with API integrations, SAP Cloud ALM. - Knowledge of localization (taxation, compliance) in cloud solutions. - Ability to conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and handle delta design activities. - Strong client management and communication skills. - Experience working in Agile / Scrum methodology in SAP Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - SAP Certifications are a strong advantage.
