Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

Open Position : Full Stack : Pune : 4 : Node js React js Python CI/CD GCP Period : Immediate Summary : We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications with a focus on financial services. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and Maintain Applications : Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js. - Architect Systems : Design and optimize APIs and backend systems with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. - Integrate Core Systems : Develop and enhance integrations with core banking systems of record. - Optimize Performance : Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance improvements across applications. - Collaborate : Work closely with engineering, product, design, and UX teams to deliver new features and enhancements. - Ensure Best Practices : Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and promote software development standards. - Mentor and Lead : Guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. - Maintain Compliance : Contribute to building PCI-compliant architecture for secure handling of sensitive : - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. - 4 years' experience in full-stack development, focusing on backend systems. - 2 years of technical leadership or mentoring experience. - Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js. - Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL). - Strong understanding of scalable system design and performance optimization. - Familiarity with SOAP/XML and core banking systems is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field : - Programming Languages : TypeScript, JavaScript, Python - Frameworks & Libraries : Node.js, React.js, GraphQL, REST APIs - Database Management : PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, ElasticSearch - Cloud & Infrastructure : Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD - API Integration : Building and integrating secure APIs with external systems - Version Control : Proficiency with Git - System Design : Strong architectural and scaling expertise - Problem-Solving : Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging skills (ref:hirist.tech)
