Java Technical Lead

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. You will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of microservices-based applications and managing a team of engineers to deliver successful projects. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications. - Build and implement high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Oversee the deployment of applications to production, ensuring proper CI/CD processes. - Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and scalability. - Work closely with DevOps teams to implement AWS-based cloud solutions. - Manage project timelines, ensuring successful delivery within deadlines. - Act as a key technical resource in solving complex technical issues. Skills Required : - Core Skills : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture. - Cloud Technologies : AWS (Amazon Web Services). - Team Handling : Strong experience in leading, mentoring, and managing teams. - Tools & Technologies : Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes. - Strong knowledge of : Distributed Systems, RESTful APIs, and Database Management. - Good to have : Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. - 7 years of experience in Java development, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a technical leadership role. - Experience working in a hybrid work environment and managing remote teams.
