Senior CRM Administrator - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Senior CRM Admin Location : Mumbai and Pune (Hybrid) Experience : 10 to 15 years Must have : - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales Module) Customization, configuration, and deep platform understanding - Azure DevOps & ALM Tools CI/CD pipeline setup, secure SDLC practices - Programming Hands-on with D365 SDK, C#, JavaScript Role Overview : Hiring a Senior CRM Administrator with deep expertise in the Dynamics 365 Sales module and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will manage and support D365 CRM environments, ensure secure and scalable configurations, lead CI/CD implementations via Azure DevOps, and contribute to ITSM-driven support operations. The role requires solid technical foundations in system administration, integrations, and scripting for enterprise-grade CRM : - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales Module) Customization, configuration, and deep platform understanding - System Administration User management, role-based access control, security permissions, data import/export, and integrity - Azure DevOps & ALM Tools CI/CD pipeline setup, secure SDLC practices - Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps, Power Automate, and CoE Toolkit experience - Programming Hands-on with D365 SDK, C#, JavaScript - Integration & APIs Strong understanding of Web Services, APIs, and Azure Entra ID integration - Terraform Basic to intermediate knowledge for environment provisioning - Production Support & ITSM Proven experience supporting D365 CRM and Power Platform applications - Architecture & Design Design experience with Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CRM Sales modules - Operational Support Ticket management, troubleshooting, environment administration, and automation guidance (ref:hirist.tech)
