Start your journey with ALTER SOLUTIONS! we are currently looking for a Jira Services Manager to join an exciting project with one of our clients — a leading company in the services sector . The objective is to enhance the client's IT team's capabilities in managing internal requirements through Jira Service Manager and Jira Software . This is a freelance project expected to last approximately 3 months , and the consultant will play a key role in improving and structuring internal IT processes. Goals: Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with different departments to gather and document their requirements effectively. Implementation : Transform gathered requirements into structured projects and requests within Jira Service Manager. Training and Support : Provide training and support to the IT team on best practices for using Jira Service Manager and Jira Software. Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation of the processes and workflows established during the project. Deliverables: Requirements Documentation : A detailed document outlining the requirements gathered from stakeholders. Jira Projects Setup : Configuration of Jira Service Manager projects based on the gathered requirements. Training Sessions : Conduct training sessions for the IT team on utilizing Jira Service Manager and Jira Software effectively. Final Report : A project completion report summarizing the work done, challenges faced, and recommendations for future improvements.
