Our client is a French international food group, holding a leading position in the fruit and dairy industry. The distribution of high quality products as well as the market presence in Central and Eastern Europe are the cornerstones of the company's growth. For their newly established department in Pécs, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated professional to take on an exciting role in a dynamic, international, and friendly work environment. Your Responsibilities: Processing orders from inquiry to invoicing Coordinating delivery schedules, acting as an interface between production planning and sales Providing telephone customer support Managing correspondence and customer interactions Preparing and following up on customer meetings Handling customer claims General office organization and administrative tasks Document management Your Profile: Completed commercial education At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage Fluent Hungarian, good English or German skills (spoken and written) Excellent MS Office skills Strong communication and organizational skills Enjoy working on the phone Independent, reliable, proactive, and highly service- and customer-oriented personality If you want to be part of a newly established department that offers short decision-making processes and high flexibility within the framework of a successful international corporation we look forward to receiving your meaningful application under the reference number 106 8543 preferably via our ISG-Karriereportal or by eMail.
