Summary: To provide administrative and organizational support for day-to-day business activities related to purchasing and financial responsibilities within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter Accounts Payable Invoices within the Epicor ERP system for financial processing.
- Assist Controller in Month End Closing Process, including filing of documents, financial analysis, and other support as needed.
- Research and follow up on past due Accounts Receivables.
- Create Purchase Orders for online ordering vendors and off the shelf items by calling or processing orders online.
- Assist manufacturing department by collecting vendor quote requests and other purchasing requests.
- Process Customer Invoices by matching up shipment paperwork and customer purchase orders.
- Generate weekly sales and financial reports utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Generate monthly indirect spend reporting by utilizing ERP system reports.
- Assist in Work in Process Reviews and Job Closings for financial statements.
- Provide clerical support to the Human Resources Manager for special projects and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

5 Years Prior Office Administration Experience
