Business Analyst – Change Management Edinburgh | Hybrid - 3 days in office| Full-time Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on turning insight into action? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing Change Management team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact projects and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments and external partners to evaluate business processes, translate needs into actionable requirements, and help shape initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client experience. What you’ll do: Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement Document clear, structured requirements, use cases, and user stories Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate solutions Support the testing and implementation of projects and change initiatives Assist with governance activities including planning, reporting, and risk management Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory expectations What you’ll bring: Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and analysis Ability to work across multiple projects with varying complexity Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with project lifecycles and change methodologies A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Background in financial services is a bonus but not essential If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, work across diverse projects, and grow within a supportive and ambitious environment—we’d love to hear from you.
