This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical individual to gain hands-on experience with CRM systems, data management, and process improvements within a financial services environment. This is an ideal role for someone with three years of experience in a CRM-related role, preferably within financial services, who is looking to develop their technical skills, project management capabilities, and business systems knowledge in a structured and supportive environment. Key responsibilities: × Assist in supporting, managing, maintaining, and improving business systems, particularly the CRM System. × Ensure CRM data integrity by supporting data validation, user management, and system controls. × Provide first-line support for system-related queries from internal users, escalating complex issues when necessary. × Support user training and documentation to enhance adoption of business systems. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Three years of experience in a CRM-related role, preferably within financial services. Proven track record of managing business applications and help driving system improvements. Good understanding of CRM data structures, processes, and best practices. Experience with working on projects, process automation, and implementing system enhancements. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & Office Suite.
