.NET Engineer – Hybrid Manchester Lead. Build. Innovate. My client are looking for a .NET Engineer to join their hybrid development team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping cloud-based products, leading engineering efforts while collaborating closely with product teams and remote developers. Our client offers hybrid working with 1–2 days per week in their Manchester office , providing the balance of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration that makes great teams thrive. What You’ll Do As an Engineer, you’ll: Lead by example, guiding engineers both locally and remotely. Work across a modern Microsoft tech stack, including .NET and Azure. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality features. Explore new technologies (including AI) to accelerate innovation. Complete POCs and technical spikes to assess new opportunities. Develop secure, responsive web and mobile applications. Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality. Share your knowledge and technical achievements with the wider team.
