The Role: You will play a key role within the team in delivering quality and value for money projects to their clients, taking the lead with all commercial matters. The Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction Related. 10 years post qualification experience working as a Quantity Surveyor. Experience in residential builds and commercial projects. Good working knowledge of construction contracts JCT / NEC / PWC. Experienced at Estimating and Sub-Contractor Management.
