An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-driven and experienced individual to lead the Regulatory Reporting function. The Head of Regulatory Reporting will manage a team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, complete, and timely regulatory reporting. This leadership role requires technical expertise, excellent team management and leadership qualities, and exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives. This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work full time, part time or condensed hours. Key Responsibilities: Lead for regulatory reporting. Develop, implement, and maintain the Regulatory Reporting Framework. Drive process improvement and automation. Manage the delivery plan for regulatory returns. People management and business partnering. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the future of regulatory reporting. Whilst knowledge of regulatory reporting within a bank or building society would be advantageous candidates with excellent leadership skills and experience of regulatory reporting within a financial services business will be considered.
