Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of mechanical projects. Working alongside project managers, site teams, and clients, you will ensure robust cost planning, financial control, and successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets, valuations, and cost reports Monitor project progress to ensure effective cost control Conduct tender analysis and support subcontractor selection Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts, including final accounts Identify and negotiate variations and change orders Ensure compliance with contract terms and internal procedures Support value engineering and risk management processes Quantity Surveyor - Desirable experience and skills: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within mechanical or M&E projects Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills Experience with JCT and NEC Contracts Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach Degree in Quantity Surveying (preferred) Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite What's on Offer: Base salary - £50k to £75k depending on experience Car or Car Allowance Travel expenses Company Bonus scheme Pension scheme options Phone and Laptop Company events A supportive, team-oriented working environment Opportunities for continuous professional development and career progression Quantity Surveyor M&E Quantity Surveyor Mechanical Quantity Surveyor ADZN1_UKTJ
