Field Service Engineer

Our client is looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join this growing team around the Middlesbrough area. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing TrailerMaster products on customer sites across the UK. Youll provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely solutions. Field Service Engineer Key Requirements: Install and service TrailerMaster products on customer sites Diagnose and resolve issues during breakdowns on customer sites Assist with process development for new tasks and projects Experience working with HGV trailers, commercial vehicles, or telematics Understanding of vehicle wiring diagrams and experience diagnosing telematics issues Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach Willing to travel and stay away on occasion Full UK driving license required If you have the required skills and experience for this Field Service Engineer role, then please get in touch ASAP with an up-to-date copy of your CV.
