Pressurisation Unit servicing – Annually d. Plant replacement e. Upgrades to the Plant room that may require shutdowns or invasive works Network/Distribution a. Replace distribution pipe section that are defective/leaking b. Replace/repair risers pipes c. Replace/repair communal pipes About you… Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications and experience Gas safe registered. Plumbing and heating qualification like G3 unvented HWS. HIU breakdown and install experience Commercial plant room repairs Electrical experience - Optional F-Gas qualified - Optional ADZN1_UKTJ
